Ciao! vs Nat
Nat Personal CRM, by Nat.app
A web CRM that reads your Gmail and Google Calendar, finds conversations you should follow up on, and flags who you are losing touch with.
A web app, with no iPhone or Android app. It is now aimed at consultants and their clients, and its site footer still says 2022.

N What Nat did well
- •It reads Gmail and Google Calendar for you, so emails and meetings never need logging by hand.
- •Before each meeting it emails you, with your past notes about that person.
- •It finds the threads waiting for an answer and sends follow-ups from a template, ten in ten seconds.
Where Ciao! wins
- •It is made for friends and family. Nat is made for clients, leads and the people in your inbox.
- •Ciao! never sends a message for you. You get the reminder and your note, and you write to them yourself.
- •$9.99 once, with no Google account connected to anything.
Which one should you actually get?
Nat is a work tool for consultants who live in Gmail, at $370 a year. If that is you, it does more for you than Ciao!. For friends you mostly talk to on WhatsApp, Nat says on its own site that it does not sync with WhatsApp or SMS, and Ciao! is the one built for those friends.
