Your friends are already in your phone. Ciao! takes their names from Contacts, so adding fifteen people takes a minute, not an evening.
What this actually looks like
Every app starts with a blank form
Name, surname, email, phone, birthday. Fifteen times. You added three and closed it.
Your contacts are in four places
This phone, an old phone, Google, and a group chat. Nothing brings them together.
So the list was never finished
The app only knew about the people you added on the first day.
What Ciao! does about it
Pick them from Contacts
Tap add, choose from your contacts, done. The name comes across, and the birthday if you have it.
Or type a name and nothing else
A friend needs a name and a rhythm. Everything else is optional.
Nothing leaves your phone
Ciao! reads the contacts you picked and nothing else. It has no server to send them to.
