F What FriendTime did well
- •It stayed small: a reminder that repeats, a note for each contact, and a search box.
- •You could bring people in straight from your phone’s contacts.
- •It ran on Android as well as iPhone.
Where Ciao! wins
- •It is on the App Store now and still gets updates.
- •Your note about a friend comes back on their card when they are due, so you know where you left off.
- •One deck on Sunday for everyone who is due, and your notes backed up in your own iCloud.
Which one should you actually get?
FriendTime is gone, so you cannot download it anymore. Ciao! keeps what it had, a rhythm that repeats and a note for each friend, and adds a weekly deck and an animal for each friend. Ciao! is iPhone only, so on Android you will need something else.
