W Where Warmli wins
- •Twenty-five contacts free, and a 14-day trial of Pro with no card needed.
- •It drafts a message from what you know about the person. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
- •Gift ideas based on each person’s interests, and a CRM mode if you also want it for clients.
Where Ciao! wins
- •Ciao! never writes for you. When it is time to get in touch, it shows the note you left last time, and the words stay yours.
- •No account and no server. Your friends stay on your phone and in your own iCloud.
- •$9.99 once. Warmli Pro is $12 every month.
Which one should you actually get?
Warmli suits people who want help with what to say, and who want one tool for friends and clients. Ciao! suits people who know what to say and only need the nudge, on an iPhone, with no account. If you are not on an iPhone, Warmli works in any browser.
